Beautiful Apartment 5 mins from Innisfil Beach

Centrally located modern 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lower level apartment tucked away in a nice and quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Alcona. Newly renovated and perfect for families/friends looking to escape the city for a beach day (or weekend) or young professionals that are in town for a business trip. We’ve got you covered, all you need is a suitcase. A short 5 min drive to Innisfil Beach and 2 mins away from grocery stores. 10 min from the Casino and the 400 Market. Barrie is 15 mins away.

The lower level apartment is accessed by a set of exterior stairs leading you to the entrance. When you enter the apartment you will be welcomed with some treats on the folding dining table to enjoy. In the entrance area there’s a closet to store your jackets and shoes.

Off the front area you will be taken into the full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keureg coffee maker, coffee pods, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheet, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room has 50” firestick TV, pullout sofa bed, two chairs, and a coffee table that can lift up and be used as a work space.

Off the front area there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

The bedrooms have queen sized beds, and in the closets you will find an extra blanket and towels.

The washroom has a beautiful bathtub where you can enjoy a nice and relaxing bath. Dove body wash is available to use, also a hairdryer and first aid kit located in the vanity drawers.

The whole lower unit has its own entrance and accessible to only you. The backyard and fire pit area is a shared space.
The upper unit and garage is not available for use.
