Step into this beautifully decorated 65 m² duplex apartment, filled with natural light and elegant touches.

On the first level, you'll find a cosy living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The dining area features a table that seats up to six guests, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and more.

Upstairs, the first bedroom is fitted with a double sofa bed (140x200), while the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and access to a second terrace. All beds are made up with high-quality hotel linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a sink, mirror, shower. Toilet are separated.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Please note: the apartment is located on the first floor and is not equipped with an elevator, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

You’ll find iconic landmarks like Place de la Bourse, the Water Mirror, Rue Sainte-Catherine (Europe’s longest pedestrian shopping street), and the majestic Grosse Cloche. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Grand Théâtre (line B), is just a 5-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
