Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living/dining space features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for four. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine.

The bedrooms have a lovely double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a wardrobe to store your belongings.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is also available to serve your laundry needs.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This is the perfect place to explore this beautiful city. It is located in a very calm area near a great selection of attractions, such as Jardin Public, Bordeaux Cathedral, Monument aux Girondins, National Opera of Bordeaux, Basilique Saint-Michel, Grosse Cloche, Porte Cailhau, and Pey Berland Tower. Restaurants and bars, such as Brasserie Bordelaise, L'Autre Petit Bois, The Connemara, L'Estacade, Restaurant Indien le Rajwal Bordeaux, A Cantina Comptoir Corse, La Tupina, and Aux quatre coins du vin, are all nearby. This is the perfect location for exploring all that Bordeaux has to offer.

The location is ideal for exploring Bordeaux. It is close to three stations, Bordeaux Saint-Jean (2.6km), Saint-Jean (2.7km), and Cenon (4.3km), making it easy to get around the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
