As you walk into the fully remodeled home you will find a fabulous fully loaded gourmet kitchen overlooking the newly remodeled heated pool. Each room has been professionally designed to be an ideal place to relax and enjoy with your family and friends.

The house was professionally designed for indoor-outdoor living. The living room sliders open on to the covered and screened lanai, which features an outdoor dining area with seating for six as well as two lounging areas. The backyard was designed with multiple uses in mind, including an outdoor lounge with a firepit table and a pergola-covered outdoor grilling area.

In case you need to work, there are 2 fully functional desks with monitors and including an all-in-one laser printer/scanner. The house is equipped with high-speed internet, WIFI, and every room is furnished with smart TV’s including Netflix. You will find luxurious amenities throughout the house.

The property is located 5 miles from Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, and Mercato. About 7 miles from Waterside Shops, 12 miles from Downtown Naples, and much more.

We also have a local property manager that is available to walk you through / check you in upon arrival (optional) and answer your questions or provide concierge services at no additional cost. Housecleaning service is available upon request at an additional cost.

House Rules:
We do not accept any liability for any loss/damage of personal items or any personal injury during the stay/use of property.

Guest must be 25 years of age or older to rent unless accompanied by an adult.

No parties or events – very important to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am.

Guests allowed to stay at the house are only the ones that have registered at the time of booking.

Pet friendly with a pet fee of $250 non-refundable upon approval. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately. Please do not allow dogs to relieve themselves on left side of house given edible plants are there for guest enjoyment. Dogs can use front lawn, right side of house or area directly behind backyard fence

Heated pool - no charge for pool heating

If the temperature of the pool needs to be adjusted, please notify us and we will set to your comfort. Please do not touch the pool equipment. You will be liable for any damages from improper use.

Landscape sprinklers come on at 4AM at night, please keep windows closed at night.

Pool and Landscape are professionally serviced. (no need for the guest to do anything)

Trash days – Tuesday and Friday – please take out the trash cans Monday and Thursday evening. Recycling is collected on Friday only.

Kitchen garbage disposal – please throw away any food and do not put any bones, tea bags, or any other items down the disposal.

Security cameras are located in the garage, front of the house and by pool equipment on side of house

Air conditioning – controlled by guest and can be set to a level for your comfort. Please always keep windows and doors fully closed when AC is on.

Pool rules – swim at your own risk. No diving, running, horse play, or glass in the pool area at any time.

Starter paper products, soaps, shampoo, garbage bag provided. No food is provided.

BBQ grill – propane maintained by guest
