Located in Luau I at Sandestin®, this lovely home offers upscale living and unbeatable amenities on the Emerald Coast. Stroll just minutes from your front door to a pristine and private beach. Return to dip in the heated lagoon-style pool, unwind in the hot tub, or play tennis. Three public golf courses and a rooftop sunset deck ensure a blissful seaside getaway. This rental comprises two separate condos, Unit 1 and Unit 2. Unit 1 is a spacious condo with a wraparound deck and a comfy living area. Unit 2 is a peaceful studio with a well-appointed kitchenette.
Unit 1 sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Large windows provide lots of natural light in the living area. Kick back on the couch (which converts to a queen-size sleeper) and screen movies on the 42” TV. Make favorite meals in the kitchen, equipped with an array of helpful gadgets. The granite bar seats four for morning coffee. Enjoy dinner with a view at the table for four in the dining area. A half bath provides added convenience.
Unit 2 sleeps up to 3 guests, including a sleeping area and a sleeper sofa. The inviting living area is outfitted with a plush sofa (which converts to a twin-size sleeper) and a 50” flat-screen TV. Fix snacks and light meals in the convenient kitchenette. Helpful appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Find a table for two in the dining area. Sleep soundly on a plush king-size bed. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination and a convenient starter supply of bath amenities.
The views from Unit 1's wraparound balcony stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to Choctawhatchee Bay. Sip tropical drinks at the bistro tables for two. A heated lagoon pool, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool promise aquatic fun for all. Play 18 holes on the three golf courses, get a match going on any of the 15 tennis courts, or set sail from the 123-boat marina. Other perks include a plethora of on-site dining options, a fitness center, a barbecue area, and a rooftop sunset deck. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
This rental is located on the sixth floor. Elevators are available.
