Prelude Hautvillers in the heart of the vineyard

In the heart of the iconic village of Hautvillers, birthplace of the monk Dom Pérignon, the comfortable "Prélude Hautvillers" cottage welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Housed in a spacious and welcoming house, it can accommodate up to 12 people.

Located just minutes from Épernay and the prestigious Champagne houses, this cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Champagne vineyards, wine cellars, and the rolling landscapes of the Marne.

The cottage is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A large living room with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen (bean-to-cup coffee machine, American-style refrigerator, etc.)
- A games room with table football and darts.
- A wellness area with a 7-person spa.

On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom.
A separate toilet completes this level.

On the second floor, you'll find a dormitory with five single beds and a cabin bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Outside (completely enclosed by walls) there's a large terrace and an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally) for sunny days.

All-inclusive cottage: utilities, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
