ROSE Holidays offers you this colourful pop art studio full of pep, ideal for an Angevin break in the heart of the city. Compact (15m2) but perfectly optimised, it offers all the necessary comfort for a stay for one or two people, in an original and friendly atmosphere.

Capacity: up to 2 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Functional living area: dining area, mezzanine and open kitchen.

Equipped open kitchen: Refrigerator, hob, kettle and filter coffee machine.

Mezzanine bedroom: with a comfortable double bed.

Optimised bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

A colourful pop art universe that gives the studio a sparkling and unique atmosphere, perfect for a refreshing city stay.



Easy paid parking at Imbach square. (free at night). (3 minutes walk).

Privileged and direct location in the city centre of Angers. Close to shops, restaurants and cultural venues.

Easy access to public transport to explore the Angers region.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
