The living and dining area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x190), a TV, a desk ideal for remote work, and a large table that seats up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook at home: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and even a washing machine for added convenience.

The bedroom includes a cozy double bed (160x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-style linens. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

For added comfort during warmer days, two fans are available in the flat.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Known for its narrow streets and 17th-century townhouses, the island is a haven of tranquillity away from the bustle of the city. Enjoy a handcrafted ice cream at Berthillon, stroll along the picturesque quays, and take in the stunning views of the Seine. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic walk or a relaxing break at a charming café.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pont Marie (line 7), is just a 5-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
