This house is beautiful and exactly as advertised in the photos. It was well stocked, super clean and in a beautiful location. We were 2 families and had plenty of room to enjoy the space. My issue with this rental was specific to an incident. When we arrived the pool was a bright green. I reported this immediately upon arrival. The communication that ensued was vague. I had to provide a photos to prove the pool was green and assist in the analysis of the situation. I sent photos via the app and by email. I was told someone would come to rectify the problem but timing was vague. And while the respondent explained that the green colour came from the municipality water source, it was the never confirmed that it was safe to swim. Once the pool supplier arrived, he in fact, confirmed it was NOT safe to swim and suggested we wait at least an hour before going in. Things happen and we understand that the pool supplier could not be there on demand. We get it. However, from a customer experience perspective when you rent a house with a large pool as the key amenity and you can not access it this amenity for 5-6 hours if your 2 day stay, this greatly impacts your experience and satisfaction. The kids were waiting by the side of the pool all day. It was a big disappointment. Communication around these facts were met with slow response, and no make good. This owner claimed to have already given us a complimentary check (100 value) after we agreed to pay for this. Not cool.

This home is immaculate. We were five minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea beach and restaurants. The host was responsive and everything we needed was there including a high chair and playpen.

Came with my family for a little much needed rest and relaxation. The house was fantastic, everything that was advertised and more. We loved the set up and were able to utilize all of the amenities. The location was ideal for beach time, dining, and shopping. Super quiet neighborhood. We all highly recommend this management group and especially this house.

Small family gathering for my aunts 96th birthday both my sisters and I grew up in Fort Lauderdale we all live around the country now so it’s always a bit of a homecoming with thoroughly enjoyed the house I will give you more stars and they give as an option for the level of well appointed Ness if you well you didn’t miss a detail I ran restaurants for years I appreciate a well stocked kitchen beach chairs coolers umbrellas everything was just lovely

This home was immaculate. It has everything you could ever want or need. It’s very spacious. Main areas are spacious. Kitchen has everything for cooking and eating. Everything is labeled. If you want to go to the beach this house has everything from umbrellas to coolers to beach chairs. The swimming pool is huge and clean. Beautiful view. The back area is so nice and clean. Lots of gathering area outback. Tons of swimming towels and blankets. This house was perfect for the 6 of us. Truly anything you need this house provides. Lots of table space for eating and games. Kitchen is big and clean! Bathrooms are nice and clean. I would stay again! We had so much fun!

Amazing Property

Hands down, this is the best among the many rentals we’ve had in Florida. Everything is exactly as pictured and described in listing. The outdoor space can’t be beat for a large group in terms of seating, dining and ambiance. The large and open layout inside of the house is spotless. Jeffrey and his staff are easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions that may come up. The area is upscale and all properties - as well as this one- are well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and have already booked a longer stay next year. 5 stars and then some!!

Great property, great location, great vacation

My husband and I (mid 30's) spent 12 wonderful days together with our parents (65+) in this great property. The house and the outdoors are in pristine condition, even better than shown in the pictures. Everything was spottlessly clean, taken care of and very well maintained. The facility and furniture is of high quality, the bathrooms and kitchen have been stocked with everything that you could possibly wish for. We really enjoyed the location direcly on the water and close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. I have been very impressed with the property manager, Jeff and his whole team have been great to work with, all communication was fast and on point. Thank you all for providing such a nice experience. We definitely recommend this property!

Couldn’t have asked for better

The property was nothing short of perfect. Had everything we needed from baby pacl and play, to a loaded kitchen, and all the beach accessories. Fort Lauderdale by the sea l was an easy 8 minute drive away. Host was very accommodating by allowing us to check in a few hours early since the house was ready. He was notified of an issue with the pool and he replied within minutes and had a pool service on site within a few hours, cant ask for better. Comfortable beds and a clean house. We stayed for 6 nights and had a blast just being at the house with our family floating in the pool and grilling. Even had a gas fire pit outside to hang at night. No complaints about this property and would definitely book again.

My 40th birthday

Everything about the property was wonderful. I love we had access to everything and no limit. The grill was super easy to use once we read and understood the direction. Property close to night light , malls , restaurants and we did not drive entire trip. The Uber fares were so reasonable for my group. Property well organized and I loved how all rooms had the light/fan remote. I wish there were more towels but since we had a wash machine laundry soap which properly provided it made up for that. The refrig was super clean as well as all bathrooms. Let’s get into the master bedroom just amazing by far , the view of the pool and lake amazing. Pool clean and love the water fall, the large bathroom with his/her toilets and sink. If I can rate this property 20 stars I would. I hosted a dinner at the property for my group and table space perfect. Lastly just thanks so much for opening your doors to my friend and I.

We absolutely loved our stay! The 4-bedroom, 3-bath home was exactly as listed and honestly even more beautiful in person.We came for a couples trip with three couples, and our main goal was to relax, enjoy each other, and have a peaceful place to spend time together. This property was perfect for that. The pool was amazing, the layout of the home and furniture worked so well for our group, and the amenities had literally everything we needed. We never felt like we were missing anything during our four-night stay.We spent a lot of time at the house playing games, having drinks, relaxing by the pool, and just enjoying the property. Even though it was conveniently located near plenty of places we wanted to visit, and we did go out a few nights, some of our favorite moments were simply staying in and enjoying the house.If you’re looking for a calm, comfortable, peaceful property that’s great for a group or couples trip, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it enough.

My Birthday getaway

The neighborhood and property is absolutely beautiful, definitely just like the pictures advertised just had a few minor things like the fireplace I wanted to use outside that was non working and the pool was a bit colder than I expected for it to be heated . But I reached out to the property manager and the issue was addressed in a timely manner ..so I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great staycation in florida!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriends and I rented this house for my bachelorette weekend and we were so happy with our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a Fort Lauderdale getaway!

Amazing!

Took a boat trip down from Jensen Beach FL, to this home with my wife and friends. The location is great. Lots of close restaurants that are accessible by boat. It is right off the main waterway which makes it very convenient. The home is beautiful. Very clean and a great outdoor environment. Home was stocked well and communication with the property owner was great. Would definitely recommend this home and look forward to renting again! -Greg
