We had a short stay but everything was amazing. Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of room. We also love the location and atmosphere of the Pointe Royale community.

Very pleasant stay

Every thing was very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Owner was friendly and quick to respond when asked a question. Furniture and beds were comfy.

Great place, excellent walking areas. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. On Friday from 3:30-7:00 pm there are long lines to check in at security so avoid at those times!

Very happy with our stay!

The condo was comfy and fully stocked (which worked well for us as we don't like to eat out for every meal, even when on vacation). Close to town without the hustle and bustle of being directly in town. The people staying above us were extremely loud, but that happens anywhere when you share walls/ceiling/floor. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Pros:-condo unit was 1 block from clubhouse/pools so very convenient-condo was clean and had updated appliances in kitchen-2 king sized beds in both bedrooms-2 full bathrooms, master had jetted tub-Pull out couch available too-Provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets-Dishwasher tablets are in a small Tupperware container under sink (we didn't realize that at first)-Excellent communication from owner throughout everythingCons:-Condo is on the middle floor so we had trouble with noise from the upstairs renter for 2 nights (out of owners control I know but something to note)-Both mattresses in bedrooms were extremely soft. The firmest bed I could find for my neck/back was the pull out couch. Even my husband who likes memory foam/soft mattresses said they probably should be replaced.-Flooring needs updating as there were several cracks/chipped tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. -If there is any way to get a 2nd key fob card for the pool/sports court that would be helpful as our teenagers took the card early and then us parents had to find another way to be let in to the pool or outside gate. Thankfully they were not super stringent at security.Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend to others.

Perfect location.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was convenient to all attractions, but the grounds we beautiful with the golf course and Lake Taneycomo nearby. The condo was clean, updated and spacious. We would stay again.
