This location and view will make any vacation for friends and family special and memorable. Enjoy the unique artwork, knotty alder, and unusual and interesting mountain furniture. After skiing, you can relax in front of a gas fireplace while looking out at the view. This chalet has been remodeled with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, tile floors, carpet, furniture, decor, and a washer and dryer. The beds have down comforters to make you warm and cozy at night. All linens are provided including upgraded sheets, down comforters, and nice towels. There is also electric heating if needed. A gas BBQ and patio furniture are provided on the deck. This is a true vacation home!

This condo is located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. You will be five minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Old Town Park City, and Deer Valley. Buses to all Park City ski areas are located at the entrance to Red Pine. World-famous Snowbird and Alta are only 40 minutes away. In fact, Red Pine is the perfect location from which to ski all of Utah's Wasatch Front ski areas.

The Red Pine complex features a clubhouse and two full-size swimming pools that are surrounded by beautiful mature pine trees. One pool is heated to 100 degrees in the winter. There is a child's pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and sauna. There are also tennis and sand volleyball courts only a minute away. All of our guests rave about the clubhouse and its facilities.

Utah and the Park City area have the best golfing in the country for the price. All our summer visitors come to play golf at our seven local mountain golf clubs. A total of 58 golf courses are within an hour's drive from Park City. This is your spot for year-round activities at prices that make these condos the best values in the Park City area.

Nice Place, Great Location

Nice place, a little dated, but clean. The location is very convenient. Use the shuttle. You won’t need a rental car.

Great and comfortable

Everything was as expected, check in and check out were easy. Some things were broken including the upstairs window and several burners on the stove, but did not impact our stay. There are a lot of light switches that don't do anything and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the living room fan or light.

Red Pine Condo 6

There are good things about this condo: the space, the location, and the views of the resort. You know it is outdated from the pictures. Not an issue. However, there were other issues that are inexcusable regardless of age of condo. For one, you can only open the microwave about 6 inches as it is placed right next to the cabinet. Bad planning. Second, three people could not figure out how to operate the dryer. Third, the water heater on the second floor (which services four beds) only has hot water for one 10 minute shower. The hot water heater on the first floor is much larger but only services on bedroom. Third, they gave us the code to get in but we accidentally went to unit 8. The code worked on both units. We walked into someone else's condo (while they were there) which is a security issue. Fourth, there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes when we arrived. Fifth, there was a large toe nail on my bedspread when I arrived. Sixth, the shower curtain liner for both floors was disgusting. One had blue mildew all over it. Seventh, the window on the second floor does not open properly. The latch is broken. I have stayed at unit 8 in the same location before. It is owned by the same person but was in much better condition. I will not stay in this one again.

It was okay..................

Pros: 1. Jason responded promptly to every email/questions! 2. Great location and scenery. 3. Shuttle service "Canyons Village Connect"- we had to find out about this service on our own, but this is a great shuttle service! Highly recommend downloading the app and utilizing the service. It would have been nice if Vacasa and/or Jason would have informed us of the service. Cons: 1. Vacasa recently started managing the property, but failed to send the "Welcome" email with the pertinent information for getting into the property (lock box code) and wifi information etc. Jason responded quickly to my email and provided the lock box code, but unfortunately there was no key in the lock box. I called Vacasa and they provided the lock box code for the "other" lock box, which fortunately had a key. It took quite a bit of time just to get into the rental property. 2. Stove- we had quite a bit of difficulty getting the burners to work on the stove- it was hit or miss if they worked. Might need some manipulation to get the burners to work. 3. Do not bother with the dishwasher, it will not get your dishes clean. We tried many of the cycles, non of them worked. We gave up and hand washed all of our dishes. 4. BEWARE and BE CAREFUL of the microwave door- it does not open all of the way. You can fit a cup in the microwave, but that is about it. 5, Beds: one of the beds (upstairs) has a mattress that sags in the middle (visibly)- tried to use it, but our son ended up sleeping on the couch instead (which was very comfortable). 6. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer in the property, but we could not figure out how to get the clothes dry. Tried many cycles, but never could get the clothes all the way dry. Still was handy having the washer and dryer right in unit. Overall, we had a great time. Jason (the owner) was wonderful to work with. We made things work in the unit, but for the price that we paid we would look elsewhere next time. Highly recommend utilizing the Canyons Village Connect shuttle to get around the area!

Beautiful, convenient condo

The location of this Red Pines condo was very convenient and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The free shuttle to the ski slopes was a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again.
