The Neighborhood:
Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

Other Things to Note:
Note: Beach access is currently available between Buildings 1 & 2 (please note the ramp is closed). Other access points remain closed for safety, but you’ll still enjoy beautiful ocean views and plenty of nearby activities.

The pool is a seasonal amenity.
Gym age limit is 16 years old.

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
• Pool and Parking Passes are provided. Please note: A $35 replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned parking passes.
