A fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge with fireplace, and additional facilities (laundry room and guest WC) ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

The sleeping quarters include six bedrooms, among them a magnificent master suite with its own private terrace and en-suite bathroom. Spread across two levels, each bedroom offers privacy and comfort, with several en-suite shower rooms and an additional staff bedroom.

Outside, the south-facing 2,000 m² garden is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a pétanque court, ping-pong table, barbecue area and shaded carport. The property is fully secured with an alarm system and electric gate.
