We do include our email and phone number on ALL communications so you can reach us in whatever way you are most comfortable with. I do apologize that the clean had been missed and we know this is not at all what guests want to walk in to after driving through a snowstorm to get here. We did drop off some linens to get you through the night so we could have the housekeepers come back out. Clearly, them being too tired is not a good option and they should have come the following morning FIRST THING. Again, we sincerely apologize about this as this is not at all consistent with our normal standards. We were happy to refund you the entire cleaning fee since it was never completed. We are separate from Purgatory Resort so we do hope you call us and not their front desk so we can assist as soon as possible. Again, we apologize for the missed clean and were glad to refund the amount since it was not taken care of. Other than that, we are so glad you enjoyed the condo and its easy slope access. It was a pleasure to host you.
