Remodeled Eolus Ski in/Ski Out condo - Views - Deck

Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our 1,560 SF 3 bedroom/3 bath condo (Unit 422) single level condo is located on the 4th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible.

Fully remodeled in 2022, the kitchen is fully stocked and the condo features the usual amenities including , washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and a deck.

Please note that both fireplaces are not operational (they have battery operated candles in them).

Bed Configuration: Single Level
Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath
3rd Bedroom - 2 set of bunk beds (single over single)

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) on the ground floor.

Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

We loved our condo at the Purgatory Ski Resort. It was clean, spacious and located in beautiful, cool Purgatory. The resort is only a 30 minute drive from Durango with lots of hiking and shopping oportunities. We recommend this location!

So nice to just walk to lifts and shops. Condo was as-described. Property manager very responsive. Internet and cell service for resort is spotty so don't plan to work from there. But skiing is awesome!!!

Cozy Stay

Everything about the rental was great. Everything was provided to be able to wash dishes/ do laundry. They even had complimentary coffee, soaps for the shower etc etc. lots of room and space. The bedrooms are great sizes. Everything was clean going in. I’m short at reading directions, so if the hot water doesn’t come on right away, just run it for a while! The entire buildings shares one boiler. One thing we could not rely on was the internet. We had no cell coverage (Verizon) and the wifi didn’t work. But that’s ok we were there to Ski. Thanks again!

Condo as described---comfy beds for all, 3 full bathrooms with BIG tvs in two bedrooms and living rm. Separate washer and dryer was great but byo detergent for more than a couple loads. All clean for most part but throw rugs need a clean. Main bedroom has lots of room. The only view is in main bedroom. Storage in bedrooms are media cabinets rather than dresser drawers-odd but fine. Two minor cons-half the closet in master was full of fans and closet in bunk room is completely full. MAJOR PROS: About 20 steps to a lift and a covered parking space.

Family vacation

I love the location, however when I came in the master bedroom sheets had blood and stains which I had to clean myself . I notified the host and never received a response. There was no laundry detergent as stated there would be, the vacuum was not functional, and was full of dirt prior to usage. In the second master bedroom, one of the sliding mirrors for the closet was broken and was a safety hazard. The pool was some thing that was listed in the amenities, however once I reached out, I was notified that it was an extra charge to be able to utilize a pool that was filthy. In conclusion, our overall stay was nice and the place was well decorated. Thank you!

Clean Slopeside condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very smooth process with check in and check out. Condo was clean and ready. Location was fabulous for ski in/out, especially with children. Could improve a bit with more hangers for wet ski gear and maybe a boot warmer. Could use a few additional dinnerware/coffee cups, but otherwise quality and location was top notch.
