Magnificent studio "Les Hauts d'Orfeuille" in a contemporary, high-end architect-designed villa of 390 m2 of living space on a 3,700 m2 plot in à Beaumont les Valence near Valence and Montéléger between the Ardèche and Vercors regions. Numerous terraces surround this villa, which overlooks an adjoining woodland and tree-lined exterior, where there is a magnificent 12m x 6m swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sun loungers. Everything is very quiet, not overlooked, ideal for relaxing in the greenery. A 5-minute walk from the village center and a 10-minute drive from the center of Valence.

The accommodation is 50m2. It is brand new with a separate entrance. Located on the ground floor, at the front there is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. You will find a large 160x200 bed, Wi-Fi internet with fiber optics, a bathroom with a large shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine). Sheets and towels are provided (additional towels on request, especially for sunbathing by the pool).

There is the possibility of adding a cot and a high chair if you have a baby or a mattress for an older child (request upon booking at an additional cost). Small pets are also welcome (please notify us when booking at an additional cost).

Normal check-in is from 4:00 p.m. Earlier check-in is possible upon request if the accommodation is available (free of charge). Self-check-in with a key box is possible depending on your arrival time, and the gate can be opened remotely. Upon departure, no later than 12:00 p.m., you can leave your keys in the mailbox, leave them inside, or return them in person.
