The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and mirror.

Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival.

Located in the heart of Lyon’s 7th arrondissement, this area offers an ideal setting for visitors looking to explore the city. The neighbourhood is both quiet and well-connected, with nearby metro and tram stations providing quick access to the city centre, the Presqu’île, and the historic Old Lyon. You'll find plenty of local shops, bakeries, restaurants, and traditional Lyonnais cafés in the area, as well as green spaces like Parc Blandan. It’s the perfect starting point for discovering Lyon while enjoying a peaceful, residential atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Centre Berthelot — Sciences Po Lyon (line T2), is just an 8-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
