Enter through a secure lobby and take the elevator to the fourth floor. You'll pass through a screened entryway with two chairs and a cocktail table before reaching the foyer. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas feature tile flooring throughout, with wood flooring in the primary bedroom. The kitchen offers ample Corian countertops and well-stocked cabinets for preparing full-course meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There's also a peninsula bar with a double stainless-steel sink and two bar stools on the living area side. Off the kitchen, you'll find an alcove with a desk and chair.

The adjacent dining room, with bay windows, seats four and flows into the living area, furnished with a sofa, end table, lamp, and two side chairs with ottomans. The entertainment center includes a large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead to the screened balcony, which can be closed off with additional glass doors and is furnished with a loveseat and high-boy table with four chairs, overlooking a canal and back bay.

Step into the primary bedroom, where you'll find a king-size bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and access to the screened-in balcony. The en suite bathroom features a marble-top vanity, walk-in shower with a glass door, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a corner wall-mounted TV. Its en suite bath, accessed through a pocket door, includes a combination tub/shower.
