On the 3rd floor of an old building with lift, this 60m2 flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. For your comfort, take advantage of the double-glazed windows for complete silence in the flat and cosy nights!
The large living room offers a cosy living area with a large connected television and a two-seater sofa. Make the most of the round dining table in the open-plan kitchen, which is fully fitted and equipped with oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer, 4 hobs, dishwasher, extractor fan, kettle, manual coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the kitchen essentials!
The flat has two bedrooms with plenty of storage space! In the first, you'll find a king-size bed (160x200cm) and in the second, a fold-out single bed for two, a desk and a baby corner with a changing table!
The modern bathroom has a bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail and washing machine. There's also a hairdryer! The WC is separate.
The accommodation has an excellent internet connection, and the connected television gives you easy access to your personal applications (mailbox, Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, etc.). A small ironing board and iron are available in the flat!
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood
The Vieux-Marché district is one of the most emblematic and historic areas of Rouen, in Normandy, France. It is located right in the heart of the city and is a central location for Rouen's history, architectural heritage and social life.
1. History The Vieux-Marché is particularly famous for its connection with Joan of Arc. It was here, in 1431, that the famous French heroine was sentenced to death and burnt alive after her trial. A small symbolic pyre marks the exact spot where this tragic event took place. This square therefore embodies a large part of France's and Rouen's collective memory.
2. Place du Vieux-Marché The Place du Vieux-Marché is a focal point for life and meetings in Rouen. Today, it is surrounded by half-timbered buildings typical of Normandy, giving the area a unique medieval atmosphere. These half-timbered houses are often well preserved and now house cafés, restaurants and shops. The square's terraces are a particularly popular place to enjoy the atmosphere.
3. Church of Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc Built in 1979, the church of Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc is a modern monument that contrasts with the traditional architecture of the surrounding area. Built as a tribute to Joan of Arc, the church's bold inverted ship design recalls both Viking longships and the maritime history of Normandy. Inside, there are magnificent stained glass windows salvaged from the former church of Saint-Vincent, which was destroyed during the Second World War.
4. Atmosphere and social life The Vieux-Marché district is one of the liveliest places in Rouen, not least because of its many restaurants, bars and terraces. It is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. In summer, the terraces are particularly lively, and in winter, the Christmas markets provide a festive atmosphere.
5. Gastronomy As well as its historic sites, the district is renowned for its gastronomy. There are a number of establishments where you can sample typical Norman dishes, such as the famous apple pie, camembert cheese and oysters. Many traditional restaurants serve dishes based on local produce.
6. Market and shops Although the Place du Vieux-Marché has lost its original role as a central market (most markets are now held in other parts of the town), it remains an important location for local businesses. The market is often still active on certain days, offering fresh, local produce to Rouennais and visitors alike.
The Vieux-Marché district is therefore both a vibrant testament to Rouen's medieval past and a modern magnet for cultural, gastronomic and social activities. It's a must for those who want to discover the city's history while enjoying its contemporary dynamism.
## Transit
The Gros-Horloge is one of Rouen's most emblematic monuments, located in the city's historic centre. There are several means of transport available for getting around Rouen and the surrounding area:
1. Public transport (bus and metro) Rouen is served by a bus and metro network operated by the Astuce company.
Rouen metro: This is actually a tramway, known as a light metro, which crosses the city. There are two lines (T1 and T2) that pass close to the city centre, with stations such as Théâtre des Arts and Palais de Justice, both of which are around 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the Gros-Horloge.
Bus: Several bus routes serve the centre of Rouen. Stops close to the Gros-Horloge include Théâtre des Arts or Place du Vieux-Marché, which are served by numerous bus lines, such as F1, F2, and 11.
2. Cycling (Cy'clic) Rouen also has a self-service bicycle hire scheme called Cy'clic. There are several cycle stations near the Gros-Horloge, such as those at the Théâtre des Arts and Place du Vieux-Marché.
3. Taxis Taxis are available throughout the city, and it's fairly easy to find them near the historic centre, particularly around Place du Vieux-Marché or main thoroughfares such as Rue Jeanne d'Arc. Alternatively, apps such as Uber are also available in Rouen.
4. Train Rouen Rive Droite station is around 10 minutes' walk from the Gros Horloge. From here, you can catch trains to Paris, Le Havre, Caen and other towns in the region.
5. Car (hire or car-sharing) There are also car-sharing services such as Yea! and Citiz, which allow you to hire cars for short distances. Cars can be hired from car parks close to the centre.

Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse Key Master from 16:00 until 20:00 and departures must be made no later than 11:00.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous louons cet appartement nous avons eux un coup de coeur la première fois et cette fois il y a eu des changements surtout le mobilier étais pas tout a fait en état, les chaises brisées, le canapé qui ne s’incline plus, pas de ventilateur alors qu'il faisait très chaud, pas de chaines tv nous étions obliger de loué les chaines pour regarder la télévision,

Merci pour votre retour et votre fidélité. En effet, avant votre arrivée, l’appartement avait malheureusement subi quelques dégradations, ce qui a pu impacter certains éléments du mobilier. Nous avons bien entendu remplacé les chaises afin d’assurer un meilleur confort. Concernant la télévision, nous avons vérifié et tout fonctionne parfaitement. Enfin, pour le ventilateur, il n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce, ce n’est donc pas un équipement prévu initialement.
Nous restons attentifs à vos remarques pour continuer à améliorer l’expérience de nos voyageurs.
