4994 Turtle Point is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor villa located on the 17th hole of Turtle Point Golf Course. This Kiawah Island villa rental boasts beautifully appointed interiors, tranquil golf and lagoon views from the open deck and easy access to miles of pristine beaches only a short, 5 minute walk from the villa!

The living room is updated with plenty of space to gather with friends and family, a flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining area to share meals and a sunny screened porch. The kitchen is well appointed and opens to the dining area with seating for 6 and extra seating at the bar counter. The living area opens to an outdoor deck overlooking the fairways.

This golf view villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. The twin guest room is located down the hall with another TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bath can also be accessed via the hall for guests. This villa is on the second floor and there is elevator access in the building for guest convenience.

Turtle Point Villas offer the ultimate in golf course living on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Turtle Point Golf Course in East Beach. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. The location is great to the beach and sanctuary. The condo itself has a nice layout, but there needs to be some updates. You can hear everything from the condo above.

Perfect stopover

Stayed here 2 nights on our way to Florida. The condo is in a great location. Walk to the beach and the sanctuary. We rented bikes at the sanctuary and rode on the beach. It’s clean and has everything you need for a vacation. I would definitely stay here again.
