- a lounge to relax in after a day's walking;
- a dining room
- a magnificent terrace at the rear of the property with a spectacular view! There is also a terrace area at the front of the property.
The following facilities are available: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's assets is its brightness. It's also much appreciated for its location; right in the heart of town but quiet in a former Palace, the Majestic, is the ideal place for a stay in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.
It is located :
- on the first floor with access to a large terrace;
- south-facing, facing the Mont Blanc massif;
- with access to the residence's garden.
It's ideally located less than 5-10 minutes' walk from the Brévent gondola lift (a nice climb to warm you up!).

- Chamonix Train du Montenvers station 10-15 minutes' walk away;
- the Aiguille du Midi cable car is a 10-minute walk away;
- Les Planards and its playground 19 minutes away; and much more...
You can get around Chamonix on foot without needing a car.

You'll have a free travel card for internal train services between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
