Accommodating up to 5 guests, the house includes :



* a kitchenette with : electric stove, mini-oven, small appliances, and dishware ; refrigerator and microwave are available in the utility room

* a cozy living-room with a wood-burner for warm evenings and a dining space

* separate toilets with wash basin

* a bathroom/utility room with a large shower and washing-machine ; towels are provided



Upstairs :

* a large bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and television

* another large bedroom with a double bed (140x200) + a single bed (90x190)

Bed linen is provided



Outdoors : enjoy a private garden (not fenced) where you can relax and take in the stunning views of the Normandy landscape ; garden furniture is free to use

A mandatory cleaning fee is automatically applied upon booking : it ensures a regular clean-through and a proper preparation of the house in-between guests. Therefore we kindly ask you to leave the property as you found it when you arrived. Please make sure that : the dishes are clean and put away, the kitchenette and bathroom are clean and tidy, the fridge is empty and you have properly disposed of all rubbish and waste.

In the event that the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition, thus requiring an extra clean-through, additional charges will be applied ; you will be notified immediately, with photos/videos to back it up.
