5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom BAY FRONT home. Whether you spend your day at the beach or on the dock on the bay, you won't want to miss the amazing unobstructed and beautiful sunsets. Located toward the end of 21st, you are minutes from town, but also in a peaceful and quiet part of the island.

You access the house on the level above the ground floor, up ~12 steps. As you enter the will be a bayfront bedroom to your left which includes 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as access to a deck with 2 rocking chairs. To the right you will find the downstairs bath with a walk-in shower, and 2 additional bedrooms each containing queen beds.

As you go up the stairs you will enter the 2nd floor living area in the spacious kitchen. You have a large island at the center, with seating for 5. There is a separate bar area with a built in beverage fridge to have you prepared to entertain all your guest. The laundry room and a separate 1/2 bath are at the front of the house. As you move towards the bay you will find a large, round kitchen table great for eating as a group or gathering at other times for games, puzzles, or just hanging out. There is an L shaped sectional that anchors the family room, with views of the bay from all the seats. In the cooler months light the fireplace to create a cozy, warm space. The deck off the 2nd floor contains 2 tables with seating for up to 8 to watch the amazing sunset views! There is a spiral staircase off the deck that leads to the first deck, as well as to the outside, ground floor area.

The top floor of the house contains the master and jr suites, both with their own in suite bathrooms. The jr suite is on the front of the house and contains a queen bed. The master is on the bay, with it's own private deck, inclusive of a sectional couch to catch the best views from the house. The master has a king bed, as well as a desk if you need to work while away.

Outback on the ground level you have a paved area with 4 lounge chairs, a 3 burner Weber Grill, and access to a floating dock to sit directly on the water. There is a ladder that provides direct access in and out of the bay for swimming. The boat slip has a lift, but it is not available for use.
