On the heights of Balaruc-les-Bains, in the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood, our villa welcomes you to a serene and sunny setting.
Ideally located between Montpellier and Sète, on the shores of the Thau Lagoon, between beaches and the Garrigue, come enjoy fresh oysters 🦪, soak up the sun ☀️, and hike through the Gardiole massif 🥾🌳!
Perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

We are available at any time if needed, as we live right next door.
Check-in / Check-out is done in person. No key box.

The Villa:
Ground floor: Living room, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, and toilet.
Upstairs: One master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, closet, and en-suite shower room; two additional bedrooms with closets — one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds; a second shower room with toilet.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

Garden side: Terrace with summer kitchen (electric plancha), and swimming pool.

For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the area, especially after 10 p.m. Parties are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed due to hygiene and allergy concerns.
We do not accept bookings from minors unaccompanied by their parents.
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
