Thank you, Mirella, for your feedback. We are working with the owner to address the AC issue upstairs, but yes, this Texas heat is a battle! We do not have a washer and dryer available to guests at his property, as it is not listed as an amenity. We want to clarify a few points regarding your concerns: When our housekeeping team arrived, all items in the home were moved out of the way to allow them to properly clean and change the sheets. We would not have been able to complete the cleaning if items had been left in place. Pest control had treated the home just a few days prior to your arrival, which may be why a few bugs were visible; as your photos show, many were already dead. We also had pest control treat the home again after your departure. This property is a historic home in Fredericksburg, over 100 years old. The homeowners have completed numerous renovations to maintain the quality of the home while preserving its historic charm. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please know that we did our best to assist during your stay, and a refund was processed in response to your concerns.
