- on the top floor: 1 masterbedroom with a double bed (180cm) and its private bathroom and toilets, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a third bedroom with a 140cm sofa-bed and a separate shower-room with toilets.
A/C in the living-room and on the 1st floor.
