The unit was very well maintained, beautiful and comfortable living room furniture, and the bed was also very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the living room everyday. We were definitely happy with the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with our stay, apart from a few roaches on the floors and a smaller bug in the fridge as well as a broken large knife and a non functioning toaster.

Our stay was great! The parking was easy and convenient. The area was generally quiet aside from a few remodeling noises, but it was brief and non intrusive to our stay. The ocean view was amazing! There were a lot of walking trails around the area. Would 100% book again!

This is a beautiful condo near the beach and many walking paths in a great area of Kapalua. There are many great restaurants in the area and great snorkeling within walking distance. This condo was a great stay. It is modern, nicely furnished and has a great location - looking out at the Pacific. Three beaches are within walking distance. The Kapalua area is a terrific place to be and you are between the Montage and Ritz Carlton.I will definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable unit with everything we needed. We have stayed a total of 13 times at Kapalua Bay Villas. This unit was nice. Furniture was comfortable, it was stocked with everything we needed and this area of the complex was very quiet.

Great Property

The Kapalua Bay Villas area is very nice and private. This property was way more than we expected. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui.
