Great property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with our stay, apart from a few roaches on the floors and a smaller bug in the fridge as well as a broken large knife and a non functioning toaster.

Aloha, and mahalo for your feedback! We’re happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. We do wish you had contacted us during your stay regarding these concerns, as we never received any calls or messages about them. We always ask guests to reach out right away so we have the opportunity to inspect and address anything that comes up. Upon checking the toaster, we found it to be working properly, and we have not previously had reports of bugs in the unit. We will, of course, continue to monitor this closely. We also appreciate you bringing the knife to our attention so it can be inspected and replaced if needed. Mahalo again for staying with us, and we’re glad you were otherwise very happy with your Maui vacation!
