Fabelhafte Aussicht auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer in dieser 1750 qm großen Luxus-Reihenhaus-Wohnanlage. Die komplette Renovierung dieser Kapalua Bay Villa wurde im Mai 2006 abgeschlossen. Die Master-Suite im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Surround-Sound-Theater mit einem 60-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher und einer Whirlpool-Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch Surround-Sound-Unterhaltung mit eingebautem Plasma-TV. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage und kostenloses W-LAN. Bei der Einrichtung wurde kein Aufwand gescheut. Sie sind auch nur wenige Schritte von Tennisplätzen, Pool und 2 Stränden entfernt. Die Betten haben 1 Kingsize-, 2 Queensize- und 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa. Mindestmietdauer 4 Nächte. Es gibt 250 Dollar. 00 Endreinigung. The amenities were pretty good; wish they had 4 legit wine glasses; only had 2. 4 chardonnay and 4 cabernet glasses being ideal. Liked the showers/bathrooms and the bedding. Views were awesome but wonder why no chairs on the smallish deck outside. Having spices and salt/pepper were a plus. Washer/Dryer worked well. All in all, very pleased!

The living area was expanded to incorporate most of the existing lanai, but the owners wanted to leave room to step outdoors.

Great property for a big family. This unit is well appointed with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom plus a very comfortable pull out couch. Nice corner view of the ocean and situated right next to one of the pools. The place was clean and walkable to the beach.

Nice, family friendly Hawaiian condo

We loved our time at this condo. It is very compatible for a family of 4 with 2 littles. Beautiful views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything you need for a beach vacation. 4 stars because the downstairs bathroom could use some upgrades and two of three tvs didn’t work but otherwise a great place!

This property was perfect for my family. The views were amazing and the location was perfect! There was plenty of space for myself, my husband, and my 2 teenage sons. The kitchen was well stocked. And there was plenty of beach accessories available for our use. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui! Thank you!

Great unit and location.

This is an obsoletely beautiful unit in the lovely Bay Villas community. Every window looks out on the ocean. Nice short walk to two different beaches with great swimming and snorkeling. We loved having the costal trail right next door and the pool just below us. Our visit was not without maintenance issues however. When we checked in we did not have full AC, hot water, or Wifi. I was able to fix the Wifi by finding the unplugged modem. The hot water was fixed early the next morning by a very friendly maintenance technician who just needed to reset the breaker. The AC was not addressed during our visit even after an email and two calls to the friendly office staff. Also, the water heater breaker tripped again overnight of our last day so we woke up to not hot water the day we were leaving. It appears they have installed a new hot water heater that is pulling to much power for the breaker. As disappointing as the maintenance issues were, the quality of the unit and the great location made this an excellent place for us to enjoy the Maui portion of our vacation. The west shore has so much to offer and the Kapalua Bay Villas are a great high end location to enjoy Maui.

We're sorry that you experienced the hot water outage with the new water heater. You were the first guest we had in the unit since it was installed, and we have a vendor taking a look at the breakers today so that this issue is resolved for future guests. Unfortunately it is difficult to get a/c techs out on the weekends so they were unable to check on it until Monday, but their measurements showed that it was working to the best of its ability and there weren't any additional measures we could take. It is very important to us that our guests are comfortable and feel taken care of and we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns so that we can maintain the units to our high standards. Marvellous location and outstanding villa.

We loved our Kapalua Bay Villa for our 12 day family vacation. It’s comfort, spaciousness and extraordinary views when coming from snow-bound Calgary were all wonderful. There were lots of sports and activities for each family member, especially swimming, tennis and golf. But walk along the beaches in the area were awesome. We especially appreciated Quam Properties for their flexibility and accommodation when one of our family members had to return to Canada early. We’ll definitely use them for our next Maui holiday!

What a wonderful views!

My family and I really enjoyed this place which is clean/bright and open spaces with gorgeous views in every rooms also close to pool and beaches. In any event, if we come to Maui again, this is place we would like to stay here again and again.

Kapalua View Paradise

This was a beautiful property. Windows everywhere and a gorgeous master suite upstairs with the best views in the house! We saw dolphins, whales, waves and boats from above. We recommend bringing binoculars! The only criticism is the sofas and chairs are so old they do not provide any support so were not comfortable. The beds and linens were great! The kitchen fully stocked for cooking! A great place to stay.

Family trip

Loved the condo! Excellent location to the pool, tennis courts and walking trail for the kids to the beach. We have stayed in a few in the Bay Villas (really they are all good) but this one in particular had a great location and the views were amazing! There were lots of beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the closet which was bonus. We will be back and would book this unit again:) Aloha

Spacious with a gorgeous view!

LOVED this unit! We stayed with our 3 adult children and really enjoyed being able to spread out in this large unit. Master bedroom is to die for with it's 2 sitting areas, panoramic views and private 2nd floor location. I recommend this unit very highly!!!!!

Perfect Week

We have stayed in 7 properties in this complex and this was our favorite. The location, amenities, furniture and view were great. We will definitely be back. As with every property, there are a couple of small things that you may take into consideration. The upstairs air conditioner may need maintenance. During the day it was warm, but if we kept the blinds closed, it was fine at night. Second, there is really no way to sit outside and enjoy the view. That being said, the view from inside was perfect! We appreciated the beach chairs and there was even an umbrella and coolers if you wanted them. The kitchen was well stocked. We are trying to decide what week to come next year. Thanks for a memorable week.

Pictures do not do justice to this place! It is paradise with breathtaking views from every room in the place. The complex is so quiet and peaceful and meticulously maintained. The grounds are beautiful! The condo is huge with plenty of room and it is by far the most well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced through house rentals. They have so many body boards, and beach chairs and coolers for you to use that we didnt have need of purchasing anything! Great location, amazing home! Thank you so much for allowing us the luxury of staying in such a perfect place!
