The peace and quiet of the neighbourhood must be respected: parties, noise pollution and gatherings are not permitted in the accommodation. Reasonable noise levels are expected, particularly in the evening and at night, and the premises must be used peacefully in accordance with the regulations.

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 117 m² house for rent in Outreau, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 42 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 70 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A 13 m² fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine and cot.

Outside:
- A lovely 70 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 12 m² terrace at the back of the house, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
