The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A 13 m² fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A lovely 70 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 12 m² terrace at the back of the house, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
