The Accommodation
Fully furnished and equipped for up to 4 guests, the apartment features:
Living Room: Opens directly onto the garden, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Modern Kitchen: Recently renovated and fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, and all necessary appliances.
Bedroom: One double bed (brand new mattress and slatted frame).
Bathroom: Equipped with a shower.
Separate Toilet.

Linens: Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price.
Baby Gear: A travel cot (with mattress) and a high chair are available upon request.
House Rules: Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning Policy
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of their stay (general tidying, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, dishwasher emptied, fridge cleaned, terrace tidied, floors vacuumed/mopped, and trash removed).
Alternatively, a cleaning fee of €60 per stay can be paid upon arrival.
