This is to cover their amenities, 24 hour security gate, 24 hour patrolling the streets, the heated pool, the Jacuzzi, the pickle ball, marina, boat ramp and everything else). You will receive a parking pass for the duration of your stay. From the guard gate, turn right and then left on the 1st road (turn left just prior to the overflow parking lot.) You'll find Oceania on lot 255, just about half way down on your right. After parking in the driveway, walk along the left side of the property to the side door.
