This 2-unit complex in Newport Beach is ideally located on the sand with no boardwalk in front of it. There are 2 units in this compound - one on the lower level and one on a rear upper level. SLP13354 and STP13355 10% TOT 3 Night Minimum

The front unit has a beachside patio, a gas barbecue, patio furniture, and a sweeping view of the shimmering Pacific Ocean. A great place to rest and relax after your day’s adventures. The 2nd floor unit over the garage also has these outside amenities.

Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a shower/tub combination. The master bedroom in each has a queen bed. In the 2nd bedrooms of each home there are 3 twin beds in the front unit and 2 twin beds in the back unit - so a total of 9 people can sleep comfortably in beds in this complex. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens for your comfort at all times.

Each unit has 900 sq. ft., which also includes a great room with a wall-mounted TV and comfortable seating, an inside dining area for 4-6, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can satisfy your culinary desires.

Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer in the garage, automated keypad door locks. and a plentiful supply of paper and cleaning products.

There is one car garage parking for each unit. The garage is from the 1960s, so it's neither tiny nor huge. Please ask our Reservations Team for dimensions if needed.

This is a perfect option for 2 families vacationing together or a large family gathering.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!

It is located just a few steps from Newport Beach and a 14-minue walk from Newport Beach Pier. This home is also near Balboa Pier and the Balboa Island Ferry.

Newport Beach area has a wonderful array of activities from sedentary to active and from land to sea based.

You are only a short drive to Disneyland and the many other world-class attractions of the greater LA area.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside this property - NO EXCEPTIONS!

No pets - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This combination of homes sleeps 9 in beds. If rented separately 1 home sleeps 5 and the other sleeps 4 in beds.

During the peak season there is a 7night minimum stay. There is also a minimum age of 25 for the rental contract.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect Beach Rental

This is the second time we have rented this house and love it. The two units are perfect for our group. Separate from the bike path, but right on the beach - can't wait to go back.

Great rental on the sand.

What a great place! The two units worked out perfect for our family. Clean and cute cottages. One step and we were on the sand! The location provided us with a true Newport experience.

The best time to visit is Winter

The property was advertised and management was great. We attended a wedding nearby and enjoyed the quiet beaches during the winter. The home has all the amenities you’d need to cook, relax and enjoy the stay. In addition I had an opportunity to meet one the staff caring for the home. Great experience.

Misleading amenities

We had a great weekend, the only disappointing part was the description of the property stated a fire pit on the back patio which was untrue. Also had trouble with the unstairs toilet, needs some work. Location was amazing, neighbors were friendly.

Beautiful location

The location of the house was perfect. A little busy area but didn't bother us at all. Loved having the two for one units, the wash area was very convenient. The house doesn't have AC but we left the windows open almost the whole time so the breeze coming in was great.

This unit is hot, very little air flow and the air conditioning does not work. Additional fans would be nice. The outdoor furniture is rusted and all the chairs rock because the legs are all different lengths. The interior was nice, plenty of dish ware and comfy furniture.

Beach vacation 2024

We rented both units of this property which was perfect for our family. Amazing location,right on the beach and has a wonderful patio to view the sunsets! We used the fire pit at times since it was a bit cool The home is older but clean and comfortable. There have been some improvements made but could use a little more updating. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was supplied with the necessary materials. We used the fans and opened the windows for ventilation. It was noisy at times due to the street activity. We had a couple of issues on arrival and contacted the management company which were responsive. There was a broken lamp in a bedroom and the trash cans were overflowing in the garage attracting many flies. Someone came the next day and emptied one trash can. We consolidated the rest of the trash so that we could close the lids to get rid of the flies. On trash day, the cans were taken out by management to be emptied.
