Texas Two Step - welcoming getaway at the steps of Sea World, near Lackland AFB!

Your family will be close to every part of the city when you stay at our centrally located home. Just steps from Sea World and 13-minutes from Lackland AFB, this home features a large, covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and seating.

Our home is located 2.5 miles from Sea World or the new VA clinic, 8 miles or 13-minutes from the Lackland AFB parade field, 18-minutes to La Cantera Mall, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Rim and 20-minutes to downtown San Antonio or San Antonio International Airport.

Experience a relaxing weekend or remote work getaway in a roomy, 4-bedroom, two full-bath retreat with an open concept living room, kitchen, dining, and a large, covered patio with outdoor kitchen and seating.

You can enjoy your favorite beverage while sitting on the front porch or under the covered, backyard patio. Make your meals in a bright, well-equipped kitchen, or on one of the grills (charcoal, gas, and flat) in the backyard and enjoy them on the patio. You will also have access to our gated community pool (the pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance).

- The master bedroom is spacious and contains one queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, 40-inch smart tv and bathroom.

- Guest bedroom #1 has two twin beds, a chest of drawers, a 32-inch smart tv and closet.

- Guest bedroom #2 has a full-sized bed, a dresser and closet.

- Guest bedroom #3 has a twin-sized sleigh bed and closet.

The open living room has a sofa, loveseat, chaise lounge and recliner to relax in and enjoy a movie or the big game on a 70-inch smart tv. There is also an arcade style gaming system with PacMan, Galaga and other games.

All TVs come with Spectrum's standard cable.

The full-sized kitchen includes a coffee maker where you can make a 12-cup pot of coffee or a single sized cup. A variety of coffee k-cups are available, but feel free to bring your own. We also provide French vanilla, hazelnut and regular creamer cups.

There is an outside driveway with parking for up to four vehicles.

Outdoor quiet hours are from 11 pm - 8 am. We are friends with our neighbors and value their right to a quiet sleep.

There will be a $75 unauthorized late check out fee for each hour any guest in your group occupies the house passed the checkout time.

Please take your trash to the outside trash cans by the driveway. Brown trash can is for regular trash, blue trash can is for recycled materials

Excellent property

We stayed in the house for our son graduation from the jbs Sam Houston. The comunication with the host was excellent any questions or concerns that I had were answered really quick. The house is closed to almost everything around San Antonio. We had a great time, we bbq for all 3 days. The host left some snacks for us and a welcome thoughtful card. We will definitely stay in this house if is available when we go back to San Antonio. Thank you so much Manuel for make our stay memorable.

Perfect Vrbo for Lackland AF base.

Our grandson graduated from basics at Lackland. We had 7 family members and had plenty of room for everyone. Outside space was great and used a lot. Large great room was a great gathering space. Managers were in contact with us to make sure our stay was going good. We would highly recommend this Vrbo house.

Amazing backyard, lots of rooms

We came to see the eclipse and the property was really great. The owner was exceptionally responsive and replied almost immediately to text messages, was super easy going. If we come back to San Antonio, this'll be at the top of my list to stay again.

Peaceful and Welcoming

We wanted a place in a quiet, and good neighborhood. This location was perfect for the 6 of us for my grandson's BMT graduation. Plenty of room, the younger boys loved the arcade game, and big back yard. We grilled outside in a gorgeous outdoor barbecue station.We were close to restaurants, grocery stores, and many attractions. The hosts were by far the best we have encountered, with great communication. Very clean, great coffee station, and the gift basket was wonderful. We all slept good those 3 nights in comfortable beds. If we visit San Antonio again we would definitely book this place.

Amazing stay for BMT graduation

Property was exactly as described. Very clean & location was great!! Manuel left us a very nice welcome basket with snacks my kids loved. Very relaxing walking in after a 13 hour drive. Would definitely stay again!!

Born and raised in San Antonio, I am a San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan (please don't hold that against me). lol. I currently have 25 years as a banking professional. Before that, I was an active-duty U.S. Army soldier. I'm a foodie (one who loves to cook and eat), I love to travel, love music (I side-hustle as a dj) and enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, children and grandchildren.
