The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 3 bed 2 bath has it all. Brand new suite!

Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.

We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions.

The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.

There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

Suite 5 is awesome. We had six adults, but two families with kids would do great here too. Conveniently located, it’s walkable to just about everything.

Amazing getaway!

It was just what our family needed right downtown. Everything was walking distance for a lot we did downtown. Spectacular views and everything we needed was in the condo. Highly recommend for couples or family.

Stayed here while in Louisville for a wedding. Host was flexible and good communication and able to help with some last-minute changes and questions. The unit was simple and clean. The location was great being right downtown, but just know parking a bit expensive if you use the garage (there are other options out there). Overall a good stay for a long weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great-close to good restaurants and museums. Despite being downtown, parking was convenient and easy. The place has a great view of the Ohio River too!

Only Option For Us!

This is the go to spot to stay at when going to visit Louisville. My buddies and I do the bourbon trail several times a year and we make it a point to try and stay here every single time! The location, the amenities, everything about this place is top notch. Thank you so much for the stay!!

Great Location and Great Staff!

We came to Louisville for a girls weekend we loved the location and the Suite we had was beautiful! I would definitely book this location again on our next trip! Your Cleaning staff was great they check to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and they also gave us some tips on where to dine and other fun things to do!

Great location, comfortable beds, great sound insulation, convenient parking. All around incredible stay. Only adds would be an extra side table or two in the living room for drinks and a stick-on shelf or something in the shower for soap and shampoo so you don't have to put it on the floor.

Perfect Small Gathering Space

Spent new years at this gorgeous condo. Right on main street and easy access to enter the building. Was the perfect space to run in the new year with friends. Plenty of space for people to stay the night. Living room with windows is a VIBE.

Great location. Clean and comes fully stocked with coffee and all the fixings! Sheets are good quality and beds are comfortable. I’d prefer a king bed but I have a tall spouse. Only negative was sewage smell in the building.

Christmas in Downtown Louisville

This property is within walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, distilleries and museums. Easy to park at the Muhammad Ali Center which is very close. We would definitely stay there again.
