Whether you like relaxing in flip flops or dressing up, this sophisticated and timeless design with take your breath away. With over 6,400 feet of livable space, this home has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms to accommodate everyone in your party. The primary suite is located on the first floor with panoramic views of Cutlass Cove. Enjoy walk in closet, his and her sinks, an extra large bath tub, and a walkthrough shower. On the second floor, you will will find 4 additional suites at each corner of the house with 3 king suites and 1 suite with 2 twin beds. Each suite has its own full bathroom. Upon entering the house, you will be captivated with spectacular views of the wide and spacious living room followed by views of the pool, deck, and Cutlass Cove where dolphins and manatees frequently visit. You'll love the open kitchen design with dual refrigerator and freezers on each side along with 5-gas burners. The beautiful dining room table can seat 14 guests. Open up all the sliding doors to truly experience the breeze and take advantage of feeling connected with the tropical environment as you relax in the living room. The living room has 3 large LED TV's connected with a wireless Sono's sound system. Upon entering the outside deck, you can relax in the shade as you enjoy views of the cove and grill out on the Green Egg or Evo flat top grill. The long pool is ideal for swimming laps or playing with the whole family. The spa/jacuzzi can seat 10 comfortably. Travel upstairs via the elevator or wooden stair case and you can relax on a large wrap around couch enjoying sports and movies on the large LED TV while your friends play on the 8ft billiard table, shoot darts, or play cards all while taking in the breathe taking views of a Gulf of Mexico sunset. This house has everything you need to slip away into paradise and experience Naples like never before.

There are washers and dryers on first and second floor. Guests will have access to Cutlass Cove Beach Club across the street.

**30 day minimum stay. Please contact host directly if you wish to rent less than 30 days. Cleaning cost covers cleaning once per week for 4 weeks. If you would like additional services (Chef, Boat Captain, etc.), please contact host to discuss.

We only rent once during the winter season as this is the owners primary residence. Winter 2024/2025 is open for a 30 day max booking.
