ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment ideally located just a few metres from the main beach of Les Sables-d'Olonne, the town centre and the Halles market.

Perfectly positioned, you can do everything on foot!



Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with a lift.



Bright and comfortable, it has a large balcony fitted with a table for your outdoor meals and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing in the sun after a day at the beach.



The apartment consists of:

A beautiful living room-dining area with an open kitchen, equipped with: kettle, microwave, filter coffee maker, crockery, storage...

A double sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room, offering comfortable sleeping for 2 people.

A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a storage space.

A bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing.

Separate toilets for added comfort.



Parking:

A private underground parking space is available to you.



Common bicycle on the ground floor for your soft mobility around the station.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry

In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
