This charming property, with a floor area of 100 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests across several floors, comprises a lovely 34 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a turret with its own relaxation area, and you can enjoy the property’s open garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 34 m² living area with a sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 with a pull-out bed

Tower area:
- A reading and relaxation area on the top floor with a 90×200 bench seat

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- An open-plan area overlooking the orchard with a gravel terrace of approximately 16 m² and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days

This holiday cottage is actually part of the main house. It is also possible to rent the other holiday cottage, called ‘Le Logis de Saint Michel de Livet’, at the same time.

The property is ideally situated in Livarot, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- A visit to the Graindorge cheese dairy to discover the secrets behind the production of Livarot and Pont-l’Évêque, or the Camembert Museum in Camembert
- Various castles and cultural sites: Château de St Germain de Livet, Mézidon Canon Castle, Coupesarte Manor, Bellou Manor, Lisieux Basilica
- Quaint half-timbered villages (Livarot, Orbec, Beuvron-en-Auge, Beaumont-en-Auge…)
- Numerous footpaths and forests (for walking, horse riding or cycling)
- The seaside resorts of Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur are between 45 minutes and 1 hour’s drive away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which is shared with the second holiday cottage.

- Nearest railway station: Saint Pierre en Auge, approximately 12 km away; Lisieux, approximately 18 km away (Paris–Cherbourg or Paris–Deauville line); or Mézidon, approximately 18 km away (Paris–Cherbourg or Caen–Tours line)
- Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie (DOL), approximately 50 minutes’ drive away
