The space is a newly remodeled 2-bedroom unit with a full kitchen. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a fold out twin. The child and infant friendly second bedroom is equipped with 1 full-sized bed and a twin trundle underneath as well as a pack-n-play. There is a small patio in the front of the unit with a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee outside in our year-round beautiful weather. It's quiet while still being close to the South Park energy with the hippest bars, restaurants & boutiques.

The perfect place for traveling families, with all ages! Clean, bright and comfortable.

Self check in with a door code. Free & easy street parking out front, with plenty of Ubers, scooters and more nearby.

We care about your stay! We are a local family and live right next door. Please text the number provided any time and we'll help you out with whatever you need. We pride ourselves on knowing our city, so don't hesitate to reach out for recommendations as well!

Other things to note:

Please note the property is one side of a duplex. There may be another guest on the other side during your stay. There is a shared wall, so please be respectful, and if quiet hours aren’t being respected at 9pm, contact us for an immediate response.

There are 10 steps to the front door. We have security cameras around the exterior of our home. The house is in the flight path so there is airplane noise outside, which is negligible with the windows closed. We live close by and are very responsive, so contact us for anything you need!
