Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom 2-bath home 10 miles from downtown San Diego. This spacious residence is an ideal retreat for families & friends seeking a quiet home in a safe neighborhood.

No long hotel check-ins, just pull up insert garage keypad code and you're checked in.

We take cleaning seriously. All bedding washed and changed. All touched surfaces washed with bleach at all check outs.

The space
The three bedrooms come with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. One King, Queen and trundle bunk bed for the kiddos. Go ahead and crank up the heat or turn down the AC.

As an added convenience, our two bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries. Ensuring you have the necessities needed during your stay or after a long day of travel.

The living room provides a cozy space for relaxation, complete with plush seating and a 65 inch smart TV for entertainment. Both couches are also twin hide-a-beds for additional sleeping. A book shelf full of toys for kids and board games for the family.

Setup your laptop in the office space and enjoy the lightning fast WI-FI. The home is equipped with security cameras around the property and inside the garage.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, and the dining area offers a great spot for family gatherings or intimate dinners. Complimentary coffee, tea and oatmeal also included.

No need to pay for laundry while in town. Full size washer and dryer with detergent at your disposal.

Step outside under the covered patio; perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Or play a round of table tennis inside the garage.

Guests can park vehicles in the garage or drive way to include gated RV parking. Free parking is also available on the street. The property is located 10 minutes from downtown San Diego and most major retailers like Target, Costco and Walmart are less than 5 miles away.
Other things to note
-Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am
-No parties allowed
-No drugs are allowed
-No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch that the odor is inside you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside)
-$200 fine for violating ANY of our House Rules.
-Make sure to turn off AC/Heater after leaving the house and return garage remote
-Motion censored camera located on the front door, driveway, side RV parking lot and in garage.
-Cable TV is not available. Smart TV's are Amazon Fire TV's which require you to login to your Amazon account for use. You also have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO etc accounts.
