The large and beautiful, charming half-timbered house is typical for the Basque Country of the 1900's. It has a 900 sq.-m garden. The house was completely renovated in 2011. The apartment is situated 200 metres away from the beach, 5 minutes away from the village and all activities are nearby. Le Fronton and the village square, for example, where animations such as the typical 'pelote basque' ballgame are organised. There also are very sought-after restaurants with views of the sea and exquisite fish dishes (such as Hétéroclito, Le Madrid, Harotzel Costa, Les Frères Ibarboure, Le Poinçon, or Le Bas Basque). There are a lot of surf spots, but also beaches for swimming, relaxing, and so on. Guéthary is a jewel of the Basque Country. It is a well-preserved fishermen village.

Beds and high chairs for children are available. There is television, a home cinema, a Bose integrated sound system, free wireless internet, and a fireplace (wood provided). There also is a terrace with a view of the sea, a garden with trees and a barbecue. The living room is large (60 sq.m), and there is a kitchen and a utility room. Baby cots and high chairs are available. The house is secured with a digital lock and an electric gate: there are four car spaces available.
