Located on the edge of the lovely village of La Livinière (34210), in a peaceful little cul-de-sac, this villa invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the Minervois, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and the soothing sound of birdsong.

The villa features a bright and tastefully designed 40 m² living area. There is air conditioning in the living room. The open-plan kitchen and lounge open directly onto the terrace through large sliding doors, offering a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside.

Two comfortable bedrooms:

A master suite with a double bed (160 × 200), private bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, dressing area and storage
A second bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200) that can be split into two singles, with access to a second bathroom (shower, sink, storage)
There’s also a separate guest toilet in the hallway.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the garage.
