The Space:

Welcome to The Aspen House, an authentic log cabin offering a rustic and cozy retreat. Nestled directly against National Forest Land, this property provides a secluded nature experience with wood paneling on all walls and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Main floor: Private bedroom with a king-sized bed, featuring a rustic log bed frame.

- Loft: Charming loft also offers a king-sized bed, with a rustic log bed frame.

- Living room: Includes a comfortable sofa that converts into a pull-out bed.



Indoor amenities:

- TV for entertainment.

- Dedicated workspace, perfect for staying connected or catching up on tasks.

- One well-appointed bathroom, equipped with an instant hot water heater to ensure everyone enjoys a hot shower.

- Open kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.

- Cooler provided for packing picnics for your daily adventures.

- Laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is available for your convenience.



Outdoor features:

- Deck to enjoy the fresh air.

- Stone fire pit for memorable evenings under the stars.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin, including the deck, stone fire pit, and the long gravel driveway, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

Although 4 wheel drive is not required to get to the house, we definitely recommend it for our area from November - April, as road conditions are often "snowpacked and icy".

- Wi-Fi speed is 5 Mbps. We aim to provide a comfortable and connected experience while embracing the natural, secluded setting of The Aspen House. Please note that this speed is suitable for basic browsing and email, but may not support heavy streaming or large downloads.

- This is a secluded nature retreat, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the outdoors.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and aim for a self-sufficient stay. However, we are always available by phone or message to answer any questions or provide assistance should you need anything during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay. If needed we are only 15 minutes away.
