Westrand Retreat - A Wonderful Townhouse in West Yellowstone

Westrand Retreat ist unser zweites Zuhause, in nur 8 Blocks entfernt vom Yellowstone Park Eingang der Stadt West Yellowstone, befindet. Es ist ein dreistöckiges Stadthaus, die acht Personen.

Die Hauptebene besteht aus einer voll ausgestatte Küche, mit allen Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen, crockpot, kleine Kühler etc. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch auf dieser Ebene und verfügt über eine Gas-Kamin, Sofas und einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD und DirecTV.

Die obere Ebene verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und TV mit DirecTV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein französisches Bett. Zwei Twin Luftmatratzen und die Pumpe in den Schrank gestellt. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer auf dieser Ebene.

Die untere Ebene hat zwei offene Räume. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett. Das andere offene Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Dieses Niveau hat auch eine 3/4 Bad mit Dusche, zusammen mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Schöne Yellowstone-Fotografie im gesamten Stadthaus angezeigt. Wifi verfügbar ist. Einige Spiele sind für Ihre Nutzung zur Verfügung gestellt, darunter ein paar Nationalparks und Wildnis bezogenen Spielzeuge, die Ihre Kinder im Yellowstone zu verwenden. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Ventilator im Schrank. Das Stadthaus ist mit Rauch und Kohlenmonoxid-Detektoren ausgestattet.

fantastic

The contact with the renter´s were perfectly fine, because we got a lot of informations about Yellowstone and the City West Yellowstone. Also if we had question, the renter´s gave us quickly an answer. The house was simple perfect for 5 people and the neightborhood was silence. The position of the house was also perfect, because you get quickly to the entrence of the Yellowstone. Finally we want come back.

Quiet, Clean, and Convenient

We had a great stay! This townhome is filled with extra touches to make your stay feel like home. Tara was available at check in for any questions we had. The location was close to the town of West Yellowstone and the park entrance. Would certainly stay here again!

Perfect rest for our Yellowstone vacation

We embarked on a massive road trip from Arkansas to Yellowstone and chose this as our home/ resting point while we visited the park. It was perfect! All of my four children had their own space and a place to unwind. It also gave me a chance to catch up on laundry . We cooked every night and found the retreat to have everything we needed. I was a little worried about not having air conditioning. We went during a heat wave, but it turned out to be perfect. The basement stayed cool and the upstairs master bedroom had a portable air conditioner. We would absolutely stay here again.

It Did The Trick!

We chose West Edge Retreat (in West Yellowstone) for our 5-day Yellowstone Park family adventure (4 adults and 2 teenage boys). It was an easy drive into the park each day, and after a long day of viewing the grandeur of Yellowstone the townhouse was a welcome retreat. Most nights we cooked in the well-equipped Kitchen. Dining space was more than adequate. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. Beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms were stocked with lots of clean linens. We made use of the washer/dryer as well as the comfortable seating to watch TV in the Living Room. The owner had provided many unexpected "niceties" like electronics charging stations, a stash of "I forgot" small toiletries, and coolers we could load for picnicking in the park. We would definitely return if in the Yellowstone area. Thumbs up!

Fantastic Stay

Overall great property.

Kitchen stocked with utensils and pots, dishes, etc. basement in great shape. Easily could sleep 6-7 (we had 5). Great communication and no issues except carpets were not perfectly clean on arrival. We tried to vacuum, but the roller/brush belt is broken and it doesn’t vacuum except to suck. Overall would stay again. No a/c (as described) except in master bedroom, so was stuffy (80 inside) at bedtime but cooled off during the night.

The condo was very nice & very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. We enjoyed all the amenities the condo had to offer. The only thing we did not care for was the town of West Yellowstone.

What a gem!

The location is perfect for trips to Yellowstone. The house was very clean, loaded with all the essentials and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The host was very helpful. The town of West Yellowstone has great restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend!

Nice, Quiet, Next door to Yellowstone

We were a family group of 7. We found Host Tara's home to be a balance of cozy, yet sufficiently roomy. Tara was very helpful even before we arrived, but then we found a VERY helpful notebook waiting for us. Her home is convenient to town... and we walked around for eating and shopping. We also enjoyed our daily trips into Yellowstone. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend Tara and her location to others.

Loved this place

We enjoyed our stay here in this West Yellowstone VRBO. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Tara was very quick to answer all our questions. It was almost an hour drive to the park but of course we knew that ahead of time. We had an amazing trip to this beautiful part of our country.

Excellent property but wifi issue

Great place for our group of seven adults. Pretty much everything we needed. Two issues though - wifi was really weak; we could seem to connect only 2 devices at once. Was quite annoying to be repeatedly kicked off when another in the group would connect. Also, we could not seem to get the heat adjusted - we were either freezing cold or boiling hot. Minor issue - as stated in the property description, personal items are not provided such as soap in the shower. However, in my experience, most places are now providing soap/shampoo etc. - pretty much all stuff that a hotel would provide.

Perfect stay for a family

West Edge Retreat had everything our family of 6 needed. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, stocked kitchen for us to cook, and room to gather to play games or lounge. Even laundry facilities to wash clothes. The location was perfect - close to Yellowstone to explore all parts of the park and the convenience of the cute, small town to shop for groceries, eat out, and buy souvenirs. We felt right at home!

A wonderful stay!

My family of 5 stayed at this townhouse for two nights during our trip to Yellowstone. Communications with the owner were excellent, and the home has everything you could need…a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. It was very clean, and also walkable to the town of West Yellowstone. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Tara- We were both born and raised in the Greater Salt Lake area, and we are now raising our three daughters there. We keep pretty busy with our family, work, and church responsibilities; but we love to have fun, too! Traveling is one of our favorite hobbies, and we regularly stay at VRBO locations. We enjoy reading. We love being active in the outdoors and experiencing new things the world has to offer. Currently, Jeff has an interest in astronomy and Tara enjoys writing and recording family stories. In the summer you can find us hiking and kayaking. In the winter, we love to XC ski!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

In our early days as a couple, we often dreamt of and referred to our future "Montana mountain cabin." We never realized it could be a real possibility! Over the years, we have made many weekend trips to Yellowstone with family and friends and have truly loved this magical area. Traveling through West Yellowstone is our favorite way to enter the Park. Driving along Madison River is open and beautiful. We regularly see elk, bison, and deer along the way. On one drive in the fall, we finally saw our first wolves in the Park along the river! For several years, we were waiting and watching for the the right property to become available. In early 2015, our West Edge Retreat caught our eye and we jumped at the opportunity to make our "Montana mountain cabin" dream a reality. We are so excited to spend time in our home away from home and for your to enjoy it, as well.
