This is a clean comfortable two story home. This is mama’s house. The house is unique, there is nice antique furniture through the house. This is a very spacious house with a lake view. The house is located in a nice, quiet and relaxing neighborhood. This home is fully furnished with 4 comfortable beds. It can sleep up to 8 to 10 people. The house is always cleaned and sanitized. This house is 19 miles from Disney, 15 miles from old town kissimmee, 12 miles from Gatorland and less than 20 miles from other attractions. This is a nice big comfortable home for a family to stay while visiting Florida.

Amazing house

We stayed here for our first family vacation and glad we did the house was amazing, Mr. Otis is a great host and communication was great when the website was working had a issue with a room door that was locked but other then that the house,checkin process, communication, neighborhood was great would definitely stay again next time!!!

Disney vacation 2022

This property was good for our needs, we were kinda in and out enjoying the state of Florida during our stay. Mr. Otis was very nice and responsive and very concerned for our needs for our stay. We really appreciate his hospitality! Thank you and we hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect for our needs

The owner was quick to respond and kind. Got a little warm at night but not unbearable. Some noticeable stains on carpet. House was clean and perfect for me and my son’s Disney vacation

Utterly shocked

Pros: communication with the host, quiet location Cons: dirty carpet throughout home, termites, broken shower head in guest bathroom, everything is a bit dated.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for letting us know about the shower head that was broken during your stay. The shower head has been replaced and the carpet has been deep cleaned twice since your stay. We have to inform you that the house does not have termite. Please Let’s not make false accusations, the house is inspected and treated every month for termites or any other insects by TruNorth Pest Control. We apologize that things weren’t updated enough for you. We took this into consideration and we have started to update a few things in the house.

Thank you for your review Ceaser. We have to stop making false accusations. You wasn’t suppose to use the grill, but when you asked we agreed to let you use the grill as long as you cleaned it after using it. You were informed that the grill was low on propane because we don’t allow guest to use it unless they request it because previous guests have stolen a few propane tanks. We have messages and pictures of the house before you rented and after. Please stop making false accusations the house is always cleaned and sanitized before and after every guest. Vrbo needs to let managers and owners post pictures and videos so we can prove that guests make false accusations because the managers or owners doesn’t give them what they want. Have a great day and try to always be honest, making false accusations doesn’t benefit you or us. You can catch more Bees with Honey than Vinegar.

No internet. Fans did not work in 2 of 4 bedrooms. Lights did not work in one bedroom. Heating and cooling system did not work, just blew air out but neither hot nor cold air, and it was very cold this weekend at night. Bugs on the wall in the corner of upstairs room. Lack of wash cloths for cleaning ourselves. Low to no water pressure for upstairs sink and shower. Hot water took 15-20 minutes to get warm. Ironing board with no iron. Kitchen sink terribly damaged. Couches were worn out and flat. Entrance to the house is run down and not well kept at all, landscaping in the front was non existent. It was spacious, the carpets were clean and bathrooms were clean and checking in was easy. Washer and dryer worked fine. With all that being said, I would never bring my family back here again nor would I refer anybody to stay here. By far the worst experience I have had renting somebody's home.

Will not stay again

The roof was completely covered with an orange tarp that was torn in some places and hanging off. The roof leaked really badly in one bedroom in the closet when it rained one day during our staff. The toilet seat was broken and hanging off in master bed room. The kitchen sink was clogged and garbage disposal was not working. Kitchen sink is really old and stained. Bathroom sink was clogged with hair that my husband had to unclog. Lots of other issues too many to list.

Thank you for your review, but your family caused a lot of damages to the property , and things we’re took from the house that wasn’t suppose to be token. There are pictures before you stayed and after you stayed. We will be sharing all photos with the owner and Vrbo. You all broke the toilet seat and the garage disposal and the owner sent someone out to fix it immediately then you all broke it again after it was fixed. You and your family broke the light switch, the tile in the shower bathroom, the shelve in the closet in the upstairs bedroom, a chair, blinds, the microwave plate and etc…. The max amount of people that can stay in the house is 6 and there was 10. Your family broke many of rules and caused many damages to the property we have evidence and we will be showing the owner and Vrbo. Thank you again for your review.

Wouldn’t recommend for vacation home

The house wasn’t the best. Check in was at 2 and we sat for almost an hour outside waiting for the owner to send us the code to the door. The carpets were stained, small bugs all in the corner of one of the bedrooms. There’s nothing in the home that makes it feel like a home. No decor, very plain. Only 1 TV which is in the living room. Owner offered us items in the fridge which half was expired. There was molded food left in the microwave when we arrived. Looked like it’s been there for weeks. Drawers and closet were dusty. The storm shield on the roof unraveled leaving the outside of the house looking a mess. I wish we were able to post pictures. The ac stopped working one night and it was just an overall horrible experience.

Overhold review

The property has a lot of potential, love the furniture that brings back a memory from my childhood. In general, the house needs a walk-through to pick up all repairs that need to be done, and parking space needs to be completely available for guesses. The host seems very polite and understanding of what needs to be done.
