We've recently added many exciting features to our property, including a private lake home on the East side with stunning sunset views and Chamber Island in the distance. You'll love our turf fire pit area, perfect for gatherings. The newly constructed Cedar Pavilion comes with a large table for dinners and cookouts by the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the home has been beautifully renovated. We've got plenty of games for kids, cornhole boards, washers, horseshoes, and even a TV on the back deck for outdoor football watching. The colorful LED lights add a festive touch to your evenings. Plus, with 200 feet of shoreline on three lots, the backyard is a haven for dogs, complete with a large elevated outdoor dog bed. Our home is the ultimate spot to disconnect and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

The Surrounding Area:
Our home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. While you can fully embrace the tranquility of the lake, you're only minutes away from city amenities. Gun Barrel City, often called the city of the lake, might be a bit smaller if you're used to big cities, but it has everything you need, including Starbucks, Walmart, Chili's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Chicken Express, and more.

Nearby, you'll find "Vernon's Lakeside," a fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away, where you can dine and enjoy drinks right on the water. Our home is incredibly cozy and perfect for families and groups to unwind and have a great time. It's been completely updated with stylish features. The new fresh green walls in living and dining rooms are amazing. The kitchen boasts black cabinets with gold handles, a farm sink, butcher block countertops, and a black butcher block island. You'll find everything you need for cooking, from cast iron pans to cooking sheets and a coffee machine with a reusable filter. The bathroom features black cabinets, butcher block counters, and a farm sink. The master bedroom offers the best water view right from the bed. The new master bathroom is spacious and open. Sliding glass doors in the rooms along the back open to a wrap-around deck. There's a gas, charcoal, and smoker with a burner on the back deck for all your cooking needs.
