Waterfront 1 level Lakehouse with 108' of Unobstructed Views & HUGE Shaded Yard

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept living - FANTASTIC view of the lake (open water) sets the tone for a relaxing stay.

Modern kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, microwave, blender, lots of spices and cooking oils, pots, pans, baking sheets, towels, paper towels, plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Lots of gadgets for cooking at home to take in the amazing view.

Each adult bed has extra comfort bed topper with plenty of extra pillows. Beds comfortably sleep 10 with extra space for 2 on the futon couch or blow up bed.

Our dock is equipped for a boat tie off with whip moorings (note / the dock was damaged in June storm / will be fixed in September. The boat lift is not usable, about 2/3 of the dock is usable) , we have 2 kayaks, a paddle board and water toys galore.

*The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 12. (6 adults and 6 children)*

We have covered outdoor patio seating for 12 to take advantage of the calming water. We also offer a screened in porch if you don't want to sit in the open air. It is perfect for morning coffee, or hanging out while the kids play in the spacious yard.

The backyard has plenty of space for outside games (we offer cornhole and ladderball) . The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.

* 3-night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends and in the summer!!
* Pets: We are happy to accommodate your dogs (under 50 lbs please) - 2 maximum. There is a mandatory Pet Fee.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The dock was destroyed and made fishing tricky and renting a boat for the week out of the question. One of the skylights leaked during the rain storm and mold was starting to grow around it. I really wish I knew that before I booked, I would have selected another property. But we made the most of what we had.

Independence Day weekend

Great location, views and access to the lake. Family overflow for our primary residence down the street. Easy to walk or golf cart between the houses. Unfortunately the boat house is completely completely unusable due to a recent storm

Family vacay

Property was super clean and nice. Plenty of soap, towels, etc and lots to do (kayaks, lawn games, floats, and inside games). Our only problem was the damage wind did to the dock which left it mostly un usuable, but tye owner did tell us about this prior to our trip. Once the dock is repaired, id love to stay here again.

I was sad to see the damage to such a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. I steal my family…husband, daughter and family son and family. I get to have them all to myself. For a week. So glad this wonderful home was available. We ate, we swam, played games and just really able to enjoy each other. Neighbors are wonderful and friendly. Laura was available when question arises and very helpful. We had a good time. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Memorial Day weekend

The house is well-equipped and the location is great. We had a couple of small hiccups with check-in, but the owners were very nice and responded quickly. We especially liked sitting in the Adirondack chairs out near the water. The bunk room was a little tight and the grill needs some TLC, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay, overall!

Easter getaway

The property was perfect for our needs, the kids enjoyed kayaking, and our fur babies enjoys the back yard. The owners were very responsive if we had an issue, the neighbors were very friendly, and the fish were always biting. We will definitely be back!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay but I have to say the damage to the dock wasn’t explained properly. The pictures do not show the current condition. Owner said the dock was 2/3 usable but that is not the case. One side is completely collapsed and there’s caution tape about 6 feet after you walk on the dock. The location of the home is fantastic, the water was never too rough to get in and enjoy the lake. The listing states there are kayaks however they’ve been poorly patched and take on water so they were not usable. This is a real safety concern. Fortunately our adult children had life vests and were able to safely return to the house after trying to take them out. They had to get out of the kayaks and push them in.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the views and fishing off the dock. The house is set up well. The sliding glass doors and windows give it a very open feel and allow great views from the house. The yard is also well kept and peaceful.

Fun Family Spot

We had such a great stay at Laura's place. The little cove they are in is perfect for the kids to fish, kayak, and play. The house with the big windows to wake up to the view of the lake and have coffee is beautiful. Will definitely go back!

Overall, a great stay. Kitchen was stocked well and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. Would have liked more hand towels and wash cloths, but it was fine. The location on the lake was great. The back yard and patio areas were very nice.

This home took our breath away when we walked through the doorway. There are views from almost every room in the house. Looking at the water is calming to us. We LOVE the high ceilings and light the huge windows let in. This is a perfect home to host family reunions or friends for a long weekend.

The screened in porch has a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee, or hanging out while the kids play in the yard. There is also a covered porch that connects with the Master Bedroom.
The backyard has plenty of space for outside games. The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.
Kayaks, tubes, floats, and life jackets are available for use. Mooring Whips are attached to the boat dock to secure your boat, boat lift is unavailable for guest use.
We have a foosball table in the garage, corn hole, Yardzee, and big Dominos for outside games.
