Our family of six have enjoyed the resort for the past ten years and look forward every year to returning!

Beach vibes set the tone for your stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach! This laid-back resort is situated directly on famous Cocoa Beach, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. The resort provides a variety of amenities, including a relaxing heated pool and an interactive children's fountain, that will keep the kids busy for hours. The pool steps away from the Tiki bar, where you can enjoy a cool beverage. You can stay active during your stay, with a fitness center, basketball court, and tennis courts. Afterward, relax in the elevated Jacuzzi overlooking the resort's fountain. After the sun goes down, enjoy dinner at Bongo's and relax in the resort's 50-seat theater, or take the kids to the arcade/game room for some family fun!

Each tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite comes equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, and private balcony offering beautiful partial ocean views. These units provide enough room for up to six guests, making them ideal for family trips or vacations with friends.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc., are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not the owner.
