PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a large entrance hall with a closet. It leads directly to the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two sofas, a smart TV, and a dining area.
The living room opens onto a terrace, offering a magnificent sea view.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine...) is perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the social atmosphere of the living space.
Sleeping Area
- Master Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed (160x200cm), an en-suite shower room with WC, and access to the rear terrace
- Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds (90x200cm), an en-suite shower room with a sink, and access to the rear terrace
Separate WC: Located in the hallway for added convenience.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons.

From Nice Airport: Approx. 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes Train Station: 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.
